1. Order from Barwodder
How can I place an order on your site?
Browse the product catalog and add the desired items to your cart. Once finished, you can click on the cart icon at the top right of the screen and click on “order”. The steps to follow to finalize your order are then offered step by step.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
It is not mandatory to create an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest. However, having an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping information, and receive exclusive offers.
How do I change my personal information?
Log in to your account, go to the "My Account" section and then "Personal Information" to change your data. Don't forget to save your changes.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" when logging in, enter your email address, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
2- Payment system
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by:
- Bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (depending on your country)
Can I pay in installments?
No, this option is not currently available on our site.
My payment was declined, what should I do?
Make sure your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account. If the problem persists, contact your bank or try another payment method.
3- Delivery and order tracking
When will I receive my Barwodder order?
All orders are shipped within a maximum of 72 hours. Your package will therefore arrive 5 to 8 days after your order depending on the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We deliver to several countries in Europe. The delivery amount varies depending on the destination country.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will be able to follow the progress of your package in real time directly on the carrier's website.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not been received within the announced time frame, contact us by email or telephone providing your order number. We will then look for your package to resolve the problem quickly.
4- Return and Exchange
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item.
In which cases am I entitled to return items?
Only unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned.

Are return costs my responsibility?
Yes, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I exchange an item for another size or color?
Yes, exchanges are possible subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you can choose another product or request a refund.
How can I get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. A refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect product?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service immediately with photos of the product in question. We will send you a replacement item or refund you.

What types of clothing do you offer?
Barwodder offers clothing suitable for cross training. Oversized T-shirts, sweaters, tank tops, shorts, leggings or even sports bras and accessories can be found on our site.
How to choose the right size?
Each product has a size guide accessible from its description sheet. We recommend that you consult this guide before making your choice.
If you are hesitating between two sizes, our customer service can help you make the right choice.
Are the clothes suitable for all types of sports?
Barwodder clothing is designed for people who practice cross-training.
They are loose, lightweight, breathable and technical. They are therefore particularly well suited to the different disciplines found in cross training.
You can also wear our clothes outside of your gym. They are all stylish and perfect for a chill everyday look.
Are the products resistant to frequent washing?
Yes, our garments are designed to withstand frequent washing while maintaining their quality.
They are machine washable at 30°C. You can tumble dry them on a very gentle setting and iron if necessary.
What materials are used in the manufacture of clothing?
At Barwodder, we are fans of cotton. This material is natural and particularly breathable. That is why we have created a range of cotton sportswear, for optimal softness and comfort during your sessions.
More technical fibers are added to improve elasticity and sweat management during your WODs.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirming it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can modify or cancel it by contacting our customer service promptly.
6- Special Offers and Loyalty Programs
Do you offer discounts for first orders?
Yes, by giving your email during your first visit to the site, you get a €5 discount voucher to use on your first order. That's what it means to enter the hive!
You also benefit from free delivery from 120€ of purchases.
How to use a promo code?
Enter your promo code in the dedicated field when you finalize your order. The discount amount will be automatically deducted from the total.
Do you have a loyalty program?
No, we do not currently offer a loyalty program. But by entering your email address you will be informed of our exclusive offers.
Do you offer any bundles or discounts for sports clubs?
