• Delivery times :
  Your order will be shipped within a maximum of 48 hours after validation. For deliveries in Metropolitan France, packages are generally delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery times may be slightly longer for territories bordering France.

  We work with Colissimo and Mondial Relay to ensure reliable and fast delivery.

• Order tracking :
  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your package in real time.

• Delivery issues :
  In case of delay, damaged or lost package, we invite you to contact us directly via our contact page .

Returns

• Deadline to make a return :
  You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

• Return conditions :
  Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

• Return costs :

Refunds

  We offer the choice between a refund or an exchange.

• Refund period :
  Once the product has been returned and checked, the refund will be made within a maximum of 7 working days.
